Mandy Small

Mandy Small is a Royal Air Force Police veteran and was married to Chris, who served in the British Army as a chef in the Royal Logistics Corps for 21 years. After discharge, Chris struggled to adapt to life outside the military, and just three years after he left the Forces, Chris sadly took his own life, leaving Mandy and their young son Jamie behind. Following his death, Mandy, has campaigned and raised awareness around suicide and mental health. Their son Jamie Small, has been determined to make the tragic death of his father, Chris, into a way of helping others. They have built their future together, with the help of the armed forces community; and in turn, helping many others.
